Summary of suggestions for Alpine adaptation and safety:-

It was originally scheduled to travel **Lata (2,200m) → Lata Karak (3,600m)** per day, but the 1,400m daily rise poses a risk of altitude sickness

➤ Modified to a one-night stay schedule at mid-altitude Belta (3,000 m).
